Refund policy

SECTION 25 – RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At SwamiGemz, we are committed to the authenticity and quality of every gemstone and customised jewellery product we sell. To ensure a smooth experience, we accept return upto 10days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

25.1 Conditions for Return / Exchange

A return or exchange will be accepted only if:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • All original product certificates, invoices, packaging, and documentation are intact and untampered
  • If the product is defective or damaged please return the products within 7 Days of delivery.
  • We will deliver exchange or replacement products within 5-7 days
  • The product passes inspection and approval by our Quality Control team

Please Note:

  • For customised orders (e.g., made-to-order gemstone jewellery), returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind regarding design, size, or colour after delivery
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or mishandling are not covered under this policy
  • We are not liable for any returns initiated after the 10-day window

25.2 How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Email us at return@swamigemz.com within 10 days of delivery
  2. Include clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damage/defect
  3. Our Quality Control team will evaluate your request and inform you if it is approved
  4. If approved, return the item with all original contents

25.3 Return Options

  • In-Store Return: Visit our flagship store during working hours (listed on our website)
  • Courier Return: Ship the item to our official postal address (listed on our website) via a reliable and trackable courier service, and share tracking details with us

Security Note:
Do not write words like “precious”, “gemstones”, or “jewellery” on the package to avoid undue attention or theft during transit.

25.4 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date we receive and approve the returned product
  • Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 3-7days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only

25.5 Important Notes

  • Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply
  • In-store returns are subject to the same eligibility criteria as above
