SECTION 26 – SHIPPING POLICY

26.1 Order Processing Time

  • The products will be delivered to your location within 3-5days.

  • Customised jewellery or made-to-order gemstones may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

26.2 Shipping Charges & Methods

  • We offer free standard shipping across India for orders above ₹5,000.

  • For orders below ₹5,000, a nominal shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

  • Premium insured shipping is available at an additional cost to ensure maximum safety for high-value items.

  • We partner only with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post for secure delivery.

26.3 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch (where available)

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

26.4 Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

26.5 Delivery & Inspection

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery for verification.

  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If accepted and later found damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

26.6 Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or remote areas not serviced by our courier partners.

26.7 Delays & Liability

  • While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not liable for delays caused by courier service providers, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier.
